My mother eats oatmeal everyday. She cooks it with raisins to add natural sweetness. It does wonders to the cholesterol level.
Do not buy the instant oatmeal. It has to be the one that you cook on a stovetop for a while.

A diet adding more fish and fresh fruits dropped my bad cholesterol from 250 to 159.
Shocked to say the least, the DR. had been trying to get me on an RX for the last 10 years. That I took once, made me feel so bad that I'd rather die from heart disease. All I have to say to them now....nananananana!
