I want to make my mom and step dad a special dinner for their anneversairy/ birthday dinner and gift. I want to make it very special this year. Does anyone have any ideas?

make them baked salmon with parsley,lemon,season salt,a dash of black pepper, bake covered for 15 minutes on 350. then make the yellow rice with lemon juice added. next throw in a side of green string beans. add salt to flavor. add a nice table setting for two, get their favorite wine, and prepare to have them dazzled.

will take some planning but find out where they shared their date together when he proposed and try to book that place for a private dinner and if that is too expensive find out how the place was back then and make up your dinning area to match it as close as you can. bring a touch of the past where it all began would make it a night to remember.

How well can you cook? A seafood dish can be romantic. Start of with shrimp cocktail as your appetizer. Main dish steak,california vegetable blend and lobster tails with a nice wine.
