I just ogt back from the dr for this a few days a go. Part of the problem with me was low iron. It doesnt matter how much you sleep or nap, if your body is not balanced hten you will always fell like your gragging. Try some otc iron pills, give them a week to kick in, you will notice the difference if this is the problem.

perhaps you didn't get the amount of sleep you require. did you go to bed because you were tired or because you had to? diet,exercise and the amount of stress in your day will also affect your sleep.or it could just be that you need a proper resting area.if your tossing all night from say a bad mattress like me u wake up unrested and sore.personally i'm getting a new bed and going to a chiropractor. hope i helped.

It maybe down to what you do in bed. A bed is for sleeping in and people who read or watch TV in bed do have trouble with their sleep patterns.
Just get really comfy and think nice thoughts.

Maybe you sleep late and wake up early. Not enough sleep for the body. Are your days usually hectic? Busy? What was that blood curdling scream! Was that you? Sorry that was my T.V.

maybe you're not getting enough sleep or your sleep gets interrupted? too much sleep could also be the problem.
