There are several military airports in the Camp Lejeune area:
New River MCAS and Bogue Field MCALF.
The closest commercial airport is Albert Ellis Airport, just outside of Jacksonville NC.

Two smaller airports in the area:
Holly Ridge/Topsail Island Airport serves Holly Ridge and Onslow County and is owned by Grover D Ellis/John M Whitley. The turf runway extends for 3600 feet. The facility is at an elevation of 40 feet at a distance of about one mile from Holly Ridge.

I think just might be RDU in Raleigh. Greenville also has a very small airport.
