Not unless you eat a lot of it, and i mean a lot. If you are exercising and the rest of your diet is mostly healthy (i.e lots of fresh fruit, veg, plenty of fibre, some carbs and proteins) then
mayonnaise as a condiment is fine!
Eaten in moderation no food is "bad" for you, just be aware of what you are consuming through out the day and try and aim to eat a little bit of everything, not just one food group. Remember we would not crave fats if our body did not need them.

In fact the Hellmann's range of dressings are full of healthy ingredients. "Mayonnaise contains good oils – sunflower, canola and soy bean – that are rich in essential fatty acids. These are unsaturated fatty acids that cannot be produced by people and which have been shown to protect against heart diseases and are also associated with the prevention of cancer, diabetes and degenerative disease," explains Caroline van den Kerkhoff, nutrition manager, Hellmann's, Unilever Health Institute (UHI).
"In addition, they are low in saturated fat and contain no trans-fatty acids – two dietary fats that are known to increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases. They are also a good source of vitamins and antioxidants. Ketchup, for example, can be a source of lycopene – a powerful antioxidant that helps the body enhance its natural defence system."
Sensible portions
But surely mayonnaise is fattening? Not when used in sensible amounts. One teaspoon of mayonnaise, for instance, constitutes only 2% of your average daily energy intake. And of course there is always the option of using a light mayonnaise – only half the fat and the calories.
The recent introduction of products, such as low-carb options, extra light, cholesterol-free and canola mayonnaise, reduced sugar ketchup and new salad dressings, offer balanced nutrition without compromising on taste.
Hellmann's products also add taste, flavour and texture to foods such as bread, fish, salads and vegetables. Nutritionists have discovered, for example, that putting mayonnaise and dressings on salad helps us to absorb vitamins from the vegetables.
So the next time you pick up the ketchup bottle or mayonnaise jar to liven up your food - enjoy it!

Mayonnaise doesn't cause anything but fattiness but it would be a combination of other fatty foods that would be harmful to your body. So if you are exercising then it's ok. Eat in moderation. Or try low fat mayo.

It is, like a lot of other products, only bad for your health if taken in excess. Anything used in moderation is ok.

i do not imagine it really is the perfect component for them, besides the undeniable fact that it really is totally no longer going to spoil..... small doses of something might want to no longer damage the canines, i'd in uncomplicated phrases difficulty if he receives a carry of a jar of mayo, and licks it sparkling!! yuck! good success ?

Mayo is mostly fat, so you shouldn't eat too much of it, or you could try a light one. If you really like it you shouldn't deprive yourself, just eat it in moderation.
