Bangor Maine to Truro MA?? You CAN'T get there from there. You'd have to go to Portland, get the Downeaster to South Station and then I don't know what you'd do, I don't think trains run as far out as Truro on the cape.

oh, I guess this is in England/Wales/British Isles! pip pip, cheerio and all that sort of rot!

Unfortunately, you're going to have to change at Chester and at Crewe and it's going to take around 8 hours. Go to http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/ to plan your journey.

There is no easy train route...it's a hideous journey however you try and do it...
