It has no calories so it should be fine. I prefer Nutra Sweet or Splenda, though. They don't have that aftertaste.....

My doctor says that the only way that saccharine or sucralose can kill or truly harm you is if that was pretty much all you consumed. You are benefitting from a no sugar diet and so although EVERYTHING is scary nowadays, just go ahead and stick with the Sweet 'n Low. Nothing will happen to you.

No, it is not ok to use it. Sweet and low contains all kinds of chemicals that might cause harm to your body. One chemical in most of those zero calorie sugars is called aspertame, you can also find it in diet sodas. Aspertame has been known to lead to cancer so stay away from it. Drink black coffee, it will make you hyper and lose more weight.

I think it's okay, but the saccharin in Sweet N Low has caused cancer in lab rats. So... I'd be careful. Go for something with sucralose, like Splenda.

It's been shown in nutritional studies that the artificial sweetners on the market actually increase appitite, making it harder to stick with your diet. You would be better off just using a smaller amount of sugar.

Splenda is better, I think. I lost 70 pounds on a diet and I drank diet soda every day. I couldn't have done it without my diet soda.

Artificial sweetners have been proven to cause nerve damage in lab rats... I wouldn't use something that is capable of that! Use natural sugar or less sugar.

Yes, my grandma does! But, I think that Equal and Splenda have a better taste. My doctor recomends it.

There is evidence that shows that the artificial sweetners have other damaging affects. There are other things that are healthier.
