call the police and they can give you all the information you need and will give you the number to a domestic violence hot line that will tell you how to protect yourself.

Don't feel ashamed, it's not your fault he is a jerk. Incidents like this are more common than you probably think. The best thing you could do is get out and go asap. Go to your mom's or a friends or anywhere. If he threatens you or tries to come around you again, call the police. You can get restraining orders where they are not allowed to be close to you. Don't risk it staying there just because of fear..that's where you let him have the control. Go on and leave now and don't look back. Good Luck!

Yeah, go to your Mom's. If this is the first time he's done this, maybe he'll change for the better and become a great man for somebody ELSE. Don't go back - not for a very long time at least, IF EVER!
If it's not the first time, you may have to get further away. There are women's shelters for this - you may not be safe if he knows where your Mom lives.
And learn to hit check spelling. Domestic "valiance" means bravery and chivalry at home.

Number 1) Learn how to spell - Valiance means "brave, courageous", i think you are refering to violence.
Number 2) Protect yourself, don't let him hurt you, take pepper spray, and keep your cell phone close by, call the police it he threatens or harms you in anyway

there should be NO question in your mind at all, you need to leave this jerk NOW, ASAP, do not pass go, do not collect 200 dollars!! he obviously has a real problem with anger and God did not put you on this earth to be his punching bag... nobody deserves to be treated this way, I don't care what you've done or what he thinks you've done... there is no excuse for it... go to your moms or a close friends house.. if he calls DON'T TALK TO HIM, DON'T SEE HIM FOR ANY REASON. if you have things at his place that you want take the police with you... don't go there alone... good luck and be safe...

There is no reason for you to feel ashamed. You didn't ask him to hit you, he did it TO you. Remember, this is HIS issue, not yours. I want to applaud you for being brave enough to leave him. I know it must have been a difficult decision, and you are incredibly strong for doing it.
Good luck to you.
