Um... I'm not quite sure I understand the 2nd part of your question, but I'm older than you and just had mine out last year. It was awful, and it gets worse the older you are because the root system becomes more developed. But having them out isn't a necessity unless they are impacted or pushing your other teeth (mine were coming in sideways). Unless a dentist has shown you an X-ray that illustrates a problem, I wouldn't worry about it right now.

Some people never get wisdom teeth. My husband is 25 and doesn't have them (go figure). My sister is 30 and one of her's are just growing in. I've had mine since about 18. Everyone is different.

No you should not be worried. You are not out of the age range to have wisdom teeth. It usually appears between the ages of 17 to 25 years so you still have time. Some more FAQs are below

I have eight wisdom teeth. 6 of them have come in. The last two have not. They are not compounded, and show no intent of ever breaking skin. My dentist says that is not too unusual (the quantity, OR them not coming in).
I have plenty of room in my mouth and the dentist says there is no reason to pull them.

wisdom teeth are tricky. They can go in and out of your gums for years playing hid and seek, but if your mouth is small and your other teeth crowd them, they may never come out and you may have to go to the orthodontist and have them pulled

If you're concerned, get a second opinion. Not everyone has all their wisdom teeth, though. We're losing them gradually.

Sorry :( The enamel fairy won't come p.c.. it up because of the fact it fairly is too super and heavy. The enamel fairy can purely take small enamel because of the fact she is extremely small and would not flow to the gymnasium.
