yes my wife comes from peru and i have been try to sort this one as well so far i think she has to take this stupid test the goverment wants then she has to become a british cit then with the certificates she can apply for a uk passport all sounds straight forward however the cost is about 700 pounds i found some info on the uk passport site but its not that clear,but i now refuse to let my wife do this as the goverment give passports to the illegal immgrants its not far all the best
