First of all, don't call it love - yet. It may be that some day, but right now it is just attraction, a connection you feel, a crush, etc.

To answer: a love letter would be nice, or have one of your friends go up to him and tell him for you. No, you should not kiss him till after you go out (for at least a week). You should NEVER do something (kissing, sex in any form or position, or clean his car, or ANYTHING) a guy asks you to do, UNLESS you want to for your own reason not his reason.

Why don't you ask your mom, dad, counselor, teacher, or older brother, sister, aunt, uncle, etc.? You might be surprised the good advice they have to offer! :)
