if a person was born in the philipines when it was a teritory of the united states before the us govt. handed the govt. of the philipines would that make them a citizen and if not would the paperwork to petition for citizenship be diferent?

No. Birthright citizenship (which needs to be abloished) applies to persons "born in the United States", and a territory does not qualify. However, if either parent were American, citizenship would pass to the child in that fashion.

No. A person would have to be born in one of the 50 natural states.A territory ,or posses ion of the U.S. would exclude you from citizenship eligibility.

No. I just came back from the Philippines. When I retire from this hell hole rat-s**** country then I am going to be making my new home there in Quezon City. In the Philippines; and I was just there for 26-days; they speak English. Here in San Francisco, they speak "HIspanic" or whatever the "s*** name" is for whatever they speak! Who cares?
