Why do girls always get upset at guys for looking at their goods, all the while wearing clothes that accentuate the very thing they dont want us to look at?

Because we are wacky and unpredictable creatures. Just like why we ask you if we look fat... one of those things that no matter what you do, you're wrong!

The answer lies in what kind of look your giving her. IA smile and a compliment are usually what is wanted, with lots of eye contact... but 45 second stare, directly at her breasts, with mouth hanging open and drool running down your chin....not so much.
I think most girls/women want to feel pretty, generally speaking. It's hard to find that line between dressing and feeling attrative, and attracting perverts.
Let's face it...a lot of the latest fashions today are things that I wore as underware in the 80's....My poor German Grandmother would have had a heart attack if she were alive and went to the mall today and looked at the younger girl's outfits.

The glance doesn't bother me. I think its the staring that upsets girls. Why can't you just take a peak and then focus on something else, why do your eyes have to just lock right there. Its rude, like whats coming out of a girl's mouth isnt as important as whats coming out of her chest.

Because they only want certain guys to look, not every guy.
I don't care if they get mad, actually. If they dress to be looked at, I'm going to look, and if it turns out I'm not the guy they want looking, that's their problem; it's not reasonable to expect men to be mind readers. At my age I'm invisible to girls like that anyway, so it's not as big an issue any more.

My girlfriend tells me that it is not for me but because it is a contest with other girls. I like her to be all natural and well naked. She buys designer clothes and puts on make-up not for my, but so that she will be more attractive then the girl next to her. Kinda shallow I know, but they are girls who can understand them anyway?

depends on who is looking is waht upsets the gals, if its a handsome bloke, rich and presentable then in most case we dont mind. but a dirty,ugly, broke idiot looking at my goodies will get it rough.

Its just to trap us and give them an excuse to fuss and run their mouths.
I usually don't give a d*** either way, they can fuss all they want, if its there for display, im lookin.
might even take pictures if I gots my camera.

It's not that they don't want us to look, they want the right guy (good looking) to take notice. When we (non attractive) look, then they get mad.
I guess I really don't understand it either.

well probably because they just wore nice clothes because that will boost up their confidence when they are outside.
