False on all counts : (speaking of Vulcan males) the "Ponn Fahr" (various spelling) is a reproductive urge that strikes in a cycle of seven years, but mating is (normally) for life. Mating is more than sexual urge. Spock's father is recorded as having chosen mates at least three times during his long life (the latter two being mates human). The first was dissolved by Vulcan authorities, and the others were long and terminated only in the death of one or other of the parties.
As for Nimoy the human, he has chosen a mate twice: Sandra from 1954 to 1987 (divorced) and Susan from 1988 to the present.

The man Leonard Nimoy is human, so he can mate any time he and his willing companion wants to.

Just because the character he played was half vulcan doesn't mean the actor suffers Pon Farr. ;-)
