Asteroids, from ***+steroids are anabolic drugs which make your buttocks extremely large. Probably what JLO uses.

Hemo refers to blood. Hemorrhoids are swollen blood vessels. Aster refers to stars. Asteroids look like little shooting stars. If your hemorrhoids are painful enough, perhaps you will see little shooting stars, but that will not turn them into asteroids.
