Swimming, running and skipping....and yes when u lick a letter to glue it it burns 1/10 of ur calories....and answering on yahoo also burns some of ur calories lolz

Marathon Sex? Just kidding... Running burns the most. Run 2 miles at a 8-9 min/mile pace and you'll lose weight in no time.

In my own experience it is stress, although some people tend to eat more and gain weight when under stress. As for me, I lose 2kg in just one afternoon when i am extremely sad or nervous...
That is also the worst way to burn calories, so I do not recommend it :-)
