Want a rough idea on cost. Digging the hole, pouring the concrete. 9ft walls, 31 ft long by 18ft wide. Just looking for a rough idea on cost? Thanks

I guess about $14k-16k... I had an 8 foot, (72 X 30) done for $21,500...

Also depends on how many doors/windows you might want.. Also consider have plumbing roughed in in case you want a bathroom ever put in the basement...Also ask contractor what eh will hook up as far as utilities (sewer, water, etc.)

well first u need to know how much money is per ft so you can the math let's say it's a 1$ per 1 ft
? = 31ft criss cross this and u get your answer for the legth , then u would have to calculate for the width and height the same way by criss crossing . i say it's around 80 $ just my guess

Its going to depend greatly on where you are located at. Also is the size you give an average length and width or is the house rectangular like you say. Not knowing all the details I would guess roughly $16000.
