The easiest and best way would be to find a local company that can do it for you. We did that for my Grandpa's 80th (10 years ago - he'll be 90 next week). We had a TON of photos and put them all on a video (I'm sure they'd be done on DVD now). It wasn't that expensive, and all of the immediate family got a copy after it was played at the party. It was GREAT! They did a terrific job, it was very well done with music and everything, and it wasn't a "job" that someone in the family had to do and stress about so they could relax and enjoy the party.

The best way is using Adobe Premiere Pro but is quite complicated. You can also use Ulead Media Studio The easiest way is with Windows Movie Maker, but the results won't be that great.
If you want to play it on a DVD Player with a TV, you should use one of the programs above or other video editing program.
If you want to run it on a computer, that you can also plug into a TV or make a projection, you can do something else, that much easier. You can create a slide show with ACDSee or with Office Power Point.
Good luck and have a nice aniversary.

The best way to properly handle this would be to ask your local photography center worker. You can start with national brands like target, walgreens, longs.. etc. or better yet, go to a place like ritz photo and ask them, since they specialize in photography.
