Yes it not bad. You can buy your citizenship for about $5,000. Also, you need to show proof of income for around $2,500 a month, if, I remember correct may be less. The reason, they want you self-supporting, so, they not have to take care of you and you not competing for the jobs of their people.
One thing to consider is the Cost of Medical Care if you Elderly/Sickly!! This is important.

Any of the others....i actually like St. John interior the U. S. Virgin Islands, and St. Croix interior the British Virgin Islands. Jamacia has some wonderful spots too, as does the Caymans....you quite won't be able to circulate incorrect everywhere interior the Carribean.....Congrats and powerful luck!
