If you *KNOW* she's bred(how'd THAT happen? YOUR FAULT!!!),it's too late for chemical treatment.
Yes,you can spay NOW! DO IT! Your dog will be WAY better off.
Yes,she's WAY too young! You are guilty of neglect & mis-management.
Hurt your feelings? Make you feel worse? GOOD!

"I luv canines" is absolutely, stunningly wrong.
Having a litter at 9 months, even in a Toy breed, is physiologically similar to a human having a baby when she's 12 years old. Yes, dogs of this age are considered "young".
But you know that.
You can absolutely have her spayed in order to abort the puppies, if you do it soon. Her life doesn't necessarily have to be "in danger". Waiting until the puppies are close to birth is a very bad idea. As someone else said, you're too late for mismate shots or other "chemical" options, so spaying will be the only alternative. And it's a good one.
Toy breeds tend to have whelping problems anyway -- asking a physically immature female to whelp a litter isn't very fair. JMO.

First, nine months is young to be having puppies. To young.
Second why aren't these dogs fixed?
If you do not want puppies have them neutered and spayed.
Call your vet and see if he will do a spay. Tell him how far along she is.
Most will do it but it depends on how far along in the pregnancy she is.
Gestation is 63-65 days so do not wait.

A dog should never have puppies at such a young age. I would take her to your vet and have her spayed today. Gestation isn't long in dogs (63-65 days) so I wouldn't wait. Take your other dogs and have them neutered as well.

You cannot abort puppies unless life threatening and a dog at that age is not "young". but i can sense your concern at not being able to do anything. i would suggest finding stable homes NOW for the pups so they have a place to go.

I believe the only way to abort this would involve getting her spayed. You should check with your vet!
