Your drivers license you have to sign your last name right now, then get it changed to your married last name, but if it is the marriage license then there is a spot of both it will be easy you will put mom and dads names then your birth your whole name and then your married name. it explains in pretty clearly on the document. Your current last name unless you and your fiance' have the same last name. :D That is what needs to be filed at the courthouse incase someone needs to look it up and they only know your maiden name and can't remember your married last name.
