To answer a question posd by an answerer below, it's quite possible to be overweight by 120 pounds while being muscular by the simple expedient of having overeaten like a damn pig for years, for reasons best left unsaid.

To the answerer who mentioned that blubber is a characteristic not technically possessed by humans, the word "blubber" is used colloquially to mean a significant amount of excess body fat. It needn't imply necessarily that a huge aquatic mammal has somehow managed to post a question on the Web. :)

How is it possible to be muscular and 120 pounds overweight? Very strange. 120 pounds is 10 pounds each month, which is 2.5 pounds a week. Possible, but it's not safe to continue that rate of fat loss for an extended period of time. In fact it's hardly possible. More likely that you will eventually hit a plateau and have to re-think your strategy.

It possible to lose 120 pounds of blubber in a year, if you're a rather muscular, middle-aged WHALE!!

seriously you need to see adietitian.. and buy lotsof the stuff u seeon tv for decreasing Fat.....IT MAYNOT WORK BUT YOU CAN BE SURE YOU TRIED everyshot and still stay fat
.......so u wont feel gilt and be eatingevery thing
