Very wise - to bad people do not live by them. People say that the ten commandments should not be hung in courtroom or referred to in law - but even if you do not believe in the bible or God there is nothing wrong with the principle of the ten commandments. They are basically do reminders of how to be a good person. Do not kill, do not want what others have, do not cheat or steal. You do not have to be christian to realize that that is what self-controlled people need to do.
