UCO in Edmond is suppose to be a cheap university in the OKC metro.

The Jr. Collage that is close to where you live. Take a b/w class first even if you want to take a digital class, you will take better photos when you us your new skill. A class on Photo shop is a good class to take also. It is better to work you photos up on you home computer and then send them off for printing. It's is also fun to have a printer/copier at home, but cost more to print and takes time. I go to OSCO and use there in house editing mch. 50 photos at .19 each = $20. It fast and fun. Learn how to use a Pentax K-1000 also 3-5 m-pixel canon is good. I want an canon s2, last years model. Look on EBay and fat wallet for info on them. I love photo classes- Have fun you are going in the right direction.

I'm sure there must be a community college there in OK City. Most community colleges offer a great selection of classes to improve your photography. You might also want to check into a local camera club. That will help you find other local photography resources, and to meet other photographers!
