they dont need to be drunk to be illegally driving...no liscence, no insurance, no tabs, no basic understanding of our laws.....
ive seen them act like they were driving drunk and be totally sober, just dumb about our ways of driving...

I don't know about that, but I have seem some non Hispanics, known by Americans as Loosers, getting also drunk everyday and blaming the whole world for their own miserability. The first time I saw this type of people, I was with my boyfriend that explained to me their characteristic and how people call then here, plus he said there are some other type that don't even need to get drunk to act like a Looser, they are naturally looser.That was actually the first time I saw one of your Buddy's embarrassing their own people....

They don't need to drive drunk to kill people on the road. In Southern California we have had a rash of smugglers driving the wrong way on the freeway to avoid border patrol check points and having head on collisions killing people. Check the links below.

Not all of them are bad and they work very hard in my State.( California) they take jobs that my people do not want and some people treat them real bad and it hurts me deeply.You do have to understand about them when people are poor and hungry they have no resources and support.Meanwhile,they have to send money back to their homeland and it is very big amount.( 3 billion dollars per year according to the newspaper in my Home Town )
I would say my legal people immigrants do more harm than the illegals.

don't know about the drunk driving but they drive a lot faster here in LA. I guess they need to get to wherever they are going before their car stalls.

No. I don't think it matters what ethnicity you are...a drunk is a drunk is a drunk and none should be driving.
