click on the picture. there should be some boxes on the corner of the picture. you have to click on these squares and drag it to the size you want

The picture will only get as big as the number of pixels in it. If you want to enlarge it, it will be on a copy machine.

click on the little box and drag it. If it doesn't let you then right click on it and choose format pciture then choose layout and then click on tight!

if you cant drag it, select, right click and choose format pictur, choose size tab. change the height n width
