It sounds to me that weight training does not fit into your plans so try this.Do a workout where you do one set of jumping jacks, one set of pushups, one set of situps.Do them in this order and repeat the cycle as many times as you see fit.Take minimal rest in between sets.I suggest a minimum of 5 sets but you can do more.Always make sure you are well hydrated and stretch AFTER every work out.Getting enough rest is important also so get your sleep, keep your protein intake high and don't workout every day. This can lead to elevated cortisol levels in those who do not use anabolic steroids ( wich I hope you do not).Hope this helps

Try biking or playing some kind of sport like tennis - tennis works as an early morning sport. You can also try doing pilates and other stretching routines - they work your whole body.
Walking and running actually works the whole body too - you'll burn of fat from everywhere, including thighs and hips. I'm glad you're enjoying your exercises so much! Keep up the good work!

the aspect that human beings do not extremely comprehend about diets is you do not ought to significantly replace your existence! purely eat smaller parts. you could eat maximum of what you already eat purely watch it and do not eat too a lot junk. hen is healthier for you and not in any respect fattening! you could eat each of the hen you want and not in any respect income weight. As for some excersises, you could walk. in case you walk 2 miles an afternoon(on your community), you'll burn off alot of energy and really paintings off maximum of what you ate that day! try this earlier you waste you money on those stupid t.v diets that are severe priced and severe priced.

Good for you, I love rollerblading too. You might want to invest in a stability ball and some resistance bands... they don't cost much and you can do so much w/ upper body and core workouts! Many come w/ instructions and great exercise techniques.

No, when you lose weight, you lose body fat. That is over your entire body. You cannot just lose weight in focused areas. If you build muscle in those areas and do not lose weight those areas will get bigger. Anything that increases your heart rate for a prolonged period of time will help you lose weight, if you diet too.
Running and biking are great.
