I recommend friendly direct conversation. You don't want to be a "player" or try to be too cool. Just say "You are very attractive, would you be interested in some company?" If she says no, then you did not have a chance, because you told her she was attractive which she should like. You could say "You are stunning." and just look at her for a second and see if she says anything.
