My fiance is always still hard after we have finished making love. I have never known a man to be like that. Is this normal or am i not satisfying him. He says he is 100% satisfied with me but it makes me wonder.

Absolutely. He is satisfied and a lucky man. I can rarely achieve that myself and when I can I usually keep on going. It is rare that a man can keep himself hard after ejaculating and go a second time. That has only happened to me a handful of times.
Enjoy it because even if he has gone and you have not, you are lucky enough that he can keep going until you are finished as well. I usually have to pace to make sure I can get my wife there before i do. Good luck

Yes he is satisfied but he is ready to keep going. I'm the same way. This is because he really loves you and is attracted to you so even after he cums he wants more of you. As far as his being hard even after he cums, it's not him causing it; It's you causing him to stay hard so enjoy it for another round.

Sometimes it stays hard even after you've finished, and that is prefectly normal for there to be a "come down slowly" time. If he says he's satisfied, then go with that.
