Are love handles good to have?

From a cosmetic standpoint its all up to personal preference. If you and/or your partner like love handles then so be it. However, from a health point of view, love handles mean that you are carrying around more weight than you should be. It could come from eating diets too high in fats and carbohydrates, not exercising or even not doing the correct exercises. While love handles in and of themselves are not dangerous, they could be an indicator of a sedentary life-style which could lead to other, more serious health concerns in the future.
