Actually, in people's hearts blood is pumped. There is no emotional feeling in the heart. For many Christians, that blood is very cold.

I wouldn't say that all christians are happy about it. There are some christians who don't live up to the horrors that certain christians have been responsible for. (The Quakers I've met are actually very nice and descent people. They are thoroughly anti-war and violence.)
That being said, certain fascists who cloak themselves in religion (ie. Pat Robertson's cult) are extremely happy when they see bad things happening to Muslims. The Ultra-Right Wing Christians think that Muslims worship a pagan god and should all be destroyed (Just like us atheists.). They seem to forget that much of Islam was taken from the Judeo-Christian belief system. I shouldn't say they forget it - they IGNORE it.
It is rather disturbing that people who claim to follow jesus and pay lip service to ideas like love and peace are so thrilled about seeing people murdered because their point of view is different.

There's no need to be a genius to know what religion hates the Muslims and Christians most...why don't you come out clean and refrain your question adopting your real religion to get the right answers for your question?
Isn't exactly Christians whom secretly feel their heart happy to see bad things happening in Muslim couturiers....
This game you have tried to play, on throwing one religion against to others is the reason why no one appreciate your religion in anywhere in this world...If You don't respect others, don't wait to be respected too.

Maybe. But probably only about the same rate as Atheists who secretly feel happy when they see something bad happening to a Christian.

You can't throw all Christians into a neatly labeled group called "Christians." I'm sure there are some people, both Christian and other, who are thrilled every time they hear bad news coming from Muslim countries. Other people, both Christian and other, feel the pain of others' suffering regardless whether it's a Muslim country. Just like there are some Muslims who are thrilled every time an American is captured and tortured and slaughtered, and other Muslims who cringe at the crimes being committed against humanity in the name of their god.

Yes, plenty of Christians are happy about it. Just watch the 700 Club. That insane bastard talks smack about Muslim hardship every day. And he wouldn't be on the air if thousands of people didn't agree with him and support him.

Now, to respond to the idiot above, why in the hell would an atheist be happy about muslims being harmed? You forget, dumbass. We don't hate anyone. It's Christians and Jews that have been fighting with the muslims for centuries. We just sit back and wonder why you do. Are you really that f%^king stupid? Oh, I forgot. Yes... indeed you are. :)

Why in God's name would I want something bad to happen to anyone? I have been in the presence of some horrifically suffering and grief-struck people - I can never forget it. It is certainly not within me to take delight in anyone else going through this, be they muslim, atheist, or worshippers of a giant butterfly named Fred!

CaptainAtheist: explain Stalin, then.

Not THIS Christian. Whatever their behavior, I never forget that they too are God's beloved children. Having said that, I DO think they are overdue for a good spanking and as he IS a loving Father, I fully expect to see Him do so at the time and in the way He knows will be best for them.

Having said all that, and having lost a nephew and niece-in-law aboard Flight 93; if God wants me to help Him with that disciplining, I'm volunteering.

You can't really classify all Christians into ane group. Different people feel different ways about muslim palces especially after 911, but I am christian and believe that the people who did that just happened to call themselves Muslim. That doesn't mean that all muslims hate America and would want to terrorize us. Just think if there were any criminals who called themself christian, would you hate all of your friends who are christian? If not, then why should you feel negative about all Muslims?

Christians have compassion for other folks.

Do atheists feel happy when they see a muslim mother killed by a cowardly bomber? In your heart of hearts, I mean.
