I have created a Winword shortcut from my overwritten XP Operating System to the one I have reset. When I click on the shortcut I get a message telling me that I need to run setup to install the prgram for a 'new' user. How do I do this? Fiona A.

You need to reinstall your Microsoft Office.

Run the Microsoft Office CD and then choose to install microsoft word only.

You have to run the Microsoft Office setup again from your CD!!!

MS Word should install automatically from the installation CD. I have no idea what you are doing.
