It's going to depend on the person. One thing people don't always think about, is that the food that causes pimples is the food you don't wash off your hands before touching your face. Wash your hands frequently, especially after eating, and you won't get as much grease or allergens on your face.

Speaking of allergens, if you are allergic to a food they can sometimes cause pimples. You can get a simple allergy test done, probably from a referral from your primary doctor, to test for basics. I think for food however, it's mostly trial and error. Chocolate is bad for some folks; for others it's dairy or wheat products. I know one acquaintance who stopped consuming dairy and his pimples nearly disappeared.

The only thing that will cause pimples is dirt and oil that clogs pores combined with bacteria. Wash your face at least 2x a day and use an astringent if you have oily skin. And don't pop pimples, that just spreads the bacteria and causes more problems.

Anything can make your face break out. Greasy and fatty foods seem to be the cause for me sometimes. Caffeine does too. I guess because if you are getting caffeine from sodas, then you are most likely not drinking water. My dermatologist told me to drink water, which you should be anyway, to clean out my pores. If the pores are cleaned out, then dirt won't clog them and create a pimple.

A lot of greasy food. But remember that some spots are just natural and will come whatever you eat/dont eat. I know drinking a lot of water is meant to help, and making sure you keep your hair out of your face as this irritates the spots or something.

Id say just anything in general. Old skin cells and oil get clogged into pores and they cause pimples. Pera gel helps, and be sure to drink lots of water to keep your skin looking fresh soft and it will help with the less clogging.

That is a myth. Clogges pores and grease on your face cause pimples. To much makeup causes clogged pores, therefore, pimples.

Hormones! And not keeping a clean face. Greasy food may exacerbate the condition, but if you keep it clean, you will keep it under control. But really, hormones are really the culprit.
