Most of the body builders are spend their times in shaping their bodies & they have not a time to go through others & in some cases they are not interested in improving their intelligence & they thinks that it is not necessary for them

This might be a little on the side of prejudiced, so I will say MOST of the intellectually gifted are interested in learning more, helping the world, staring at the eye of the telescope, etc. MOST of the intellectually gifted care more about these subjects that require knowledge and, if you allow me, brains, do not have enough time or simply do not care about their personal body strength and fitness. I suppose these smart people think that finding out about the universe or helping children in poverty is more important than just working out for their health's sake. Einstein didn't have 6-pack abs, did he? Usually bodybuilders are athletically talented people who care very much about health and fitness. Usually they care more about their personal health then about science. I am in between. I like learning about science and history a lot, but I try to work out when I have spare time.

That is a stereotype, however, if one were to guess it would be because they spend more time pumping iron than reading or gathering information (on subjects other than body building). On the same token, one could also say bookworms are not that muscular.

And for all you know nothings out there, steroids do not affect the brain. The question," Why are most Yahoo answerers not that smart" should be asked of you.

because when u have muscles u don't neer brains anymore!
that's the way things go: for example a blind person heares verry well and a person that can not hear sees verry well!

if u spen all day in yhe gym building you body u do not have time for the library, amd if u spend all day in the library u do not have time for the gym and u are thin but smart!

u can be succesful in life beeing smart or muscular! everybody chooses theyr oun way!

I am not sure that this is true - however I would have to say that for the highly intelligent - there are probably other drives that motivate them greatly other than body building - they are probably into mind building in one form or another.

Duh, I don't know. But I can bench 400 pounds.

Seriously, this is a take-off on the "dumb jock" stereotype. Body Builders are inherently no less, or no more intelligent than anybody else.
