I AM JUST DRINKING LOTS OF WATER AND EATING ONCE A DAY. AND ALSO I GO TO THE GYM LIKE 2 TIMES A WEEK FOR 45 MIN IN THE CROSS TRAINER AND I LOSE UP TO 600 CALORIES.

you should definitely eat more than once a day. When you eat only once a day your body will store everything from what you eat because it knows you will not eat again for a long time. So when you go back to regular eating your body will still be in that mode and you will gain your weight back because your body will be storing your food for fuel.

Well that depends on how much you weighed to begin with. If you are obese (20-30 lbs overweight or more) weight will come off a lot faster than if you are closer to what you should weigh. If you weigh like 250 lbs yeah 15lbs in 2 weeks is very probable. You should definitely be eating more than once a day though. You will just be losing water weight and muscle otherwise.

You should probably eat a bit more, and doing so go to the gym maybe once more. If you don't eat enough, your body's just burning muscle at the gym

People can safely lose about 2% of their bodyweight per week. Anything more than this is just water weight or muscle that you're losing :(

Ive lost 14 pounds in about 12 days so yea you can do it
