If you have kids, it has to be planned of course. Either they have to be at school, asleep or with someone else. You may overplan your time. You should schedule some 'me' time. Like a date with yourself instead of filling your calendar with other things. I personally like to take a long bath. Or just lie in bed and rest. You must turn tv and computer and radio off.

I wake up early in the morning, about an hour before I need to get ready for work, and do fun stuff on the computer like visit Y!Answers, play some games, read my email, listen to music, and just surf the net in general. It's the only time I have completely to myself that doesn't require driving somewhere or spending money, lol

My quiet time is in the car back and forth to work. I just turn the radio on and sing or think about things in the quiet.

I usually have quiet time at night after everyone thinks I am in bed. I sit down with my Bible or my Journal and just do what I like to do.

Early in the morning or late at night. I go to work about 45 minutes earlier than the rest of the faculty to prepare for the day when there is no noise or anyone to distract me.

I don't generally like to have 'me' time...I'd rather mix with people and have some fun. I tried living on my own for a bit but it failed miserably. Having said that, I like to read so I guess that could be classified as 'me' time.
