The attitude is was makes the look of any person.....If they have a positive attitude then that will show their beauty from the inside out. Thus, making that person the most beautiful person in your eyes and that's all that should matter.....

For me it's intelligence, I do like a beautiful woman, but the sexiest woman I know is not the most beautiful.
