I threw a bunch of scrabble tiles in a bowl....I am not sure if my kid "Gzdeixa" is going to appreciate that later in her life.

Go with what feels right , making a list of yours' & your hubby's favourite names is a good place to start then give the baby a middle name from either the grand-parents , great grands etc , etc . We named our daughter Cheyanne - cause I liked the Indian tribe , but changed it with Anne for my mother - in - law . She also has my mother's middle name as hers . Does that help !!!

Although it would nice to honor someone in your family to name your newborn with, it is up to choose the name that you see fit.

If there is everyone wanting you to name the baby after them choose an original name.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO NAME THE BABY AFTER SOMEONE IN THE FAMILY.

when you see your child for the first time you will know in your heart what you should name him or her. you may have a name already picked out but sometimes the names just don't fit the baby. Thank god the name i picked out for my son fit him to a tee. (Bryce Anthony)

i didn't name my babies after anyone, i think that they are individuals and they deserve their own name. their first and middle names are their own and no one else's in the family. they already have the families last name......they should have their own first and middle names. just don't give your child a funny sounding name, it's cruel.

You pick a name you like ,as it's your baby you are not going to please everyone so make the decision on what you would like the baby to be named not everyone else !

you have to pick a name that you are happy with and that you like, my husband and i wrote down the 3 names we each liked then talked about the names, played with them and then chose from there, it didn't matter what anyone liked it isn't there child
