Jericho.. you should be ashamed of yourself, willing to violate PERSEC like that. you have NO GUARENTEE WHATSOEVER that the question asker is legit. NOR do you have the right to abuse your access to the system and go snooping around looking for somebody's contact information, let alone passing it on without their knowledge or permission.
To the OP: if you are close with your father and he just got there, be patient. sometimes it takes a while to get an address or email account set up. he may not even HAVE regular access to communication. He will contcat you when he is able. If you are not close, then you are TOL UNLESS you can provide the American Red Cross with his full name, rank, duty station and last known location. IF they can find him they will do a Welfare check which basically lets him and his Command know that someone is looking for him, but they CANNOT nor will not force him to contact you in any way if he tells them he doesn't want to.

the red cross will not help you unless you have his contact info, that is how they get in contact with him. the red cross does not have his contact info. the soldiers usually have there contact info before they go and if they don't its for a reason. some soldiers are not allowed to let others know where they are going. your just gonna have to sit back and Wait. as far as giving you ideas as to how to get his contact info i cant, its illegal to do so. however i can tell you that if you really are his dependent all you have to do is get ahold of his units family support unit and they will let you know whats going on.
