The site you speak of does not diagnose... it merely is there for a guide to see if you're "possibly" depressed. Only a trained psychiatrist can diagnose depression. So if you want a true diagnosis and the right anti-depression medicine get an appointment with a psychiatrist asap.

I am no professional, depression is not something to fool around with. Before you saw this web site if you didn't realize you were depressed, maybe you were dealing with it. Find something worthwhile to do and just be too busy to be depressed. If there is something about you that you don't like, get rid of it, change it. The whole world can be a depressing place if we are always focused on the negative. Seek out the good and find happiness in it. Life is a daily battle for everyone, but harder for some than others. Realize your own worth and don't give up!

Maybe in addition to the medical doctor, you should meet with a therapist. A Psycholgist or CSW would be perfect. There, you can talk about anything on your mind, and they guide you to bettering yourself.
A very wise friend of mine once told me that he thinks EVERYONE could benefit from at least one session of therapy. He's right.

i read from recent advanced medical perfomances:
you need to avoid people who bother you. Go out and discover nature. Breath in oxygen and exercise.
Also patients suffering from depression were allowed to listen to tapes and CD's of the Muslim Koran. Don't follow it or anything just listen to it. You don't need to understand it. People who listened to the Koran felt relaxed and were INSTANTLY cured from depression! this has been working for 12 years now and doctors are amazed! all of this was performed in the USA and Europe and Japan.
Belive me man i'm a satanist. I cut myself and burn myself. I took this Koran therapy. I bought a few Koran CD's and downloaded some Koran from the internet and listened to it. WOW!! i didnt understand anything from it but i felt sooooooooooo relaxed. Man this Koran stuff really works! Just try it out. Type in Google: Listen to Quran. or just but their CD's. Amazing what those Muslims have!

information is the power, educate those around you about depression, as well as yourself. Sounds to me like you are out of balance, the mind, body and soul must be in balance to have wellness. Consult your Doctor about your diet and activity level, and becoming aware of the power of your thoughts, perhaps join a depression support group, who better to support you than those experiencing it as well, There is a light at the end of this tunnel, and you have taken the first steps towards recovery, your in my prayers honey, many blessings to you in your travels.
