If you are going to burn the flag then I have a suggestion. You will find it a lot more fun if you do it just outside of a biker bar and burn it. See the reaction of the crowd.

Yes here are two!
1.) You fly that flag with respect and honor
2.) If the flag is unable to keep flying you take it to the VFW
for proper retirement
Recently the liberal asses in congress and in the supreme court have said it is freedom of speech in burning the flag...hmmm i wonder if it would be freedom of speech of i set any asshole dumb enough to burn the American flag!

If you really want to use it to keep warm, I'd suggest an American Flag quilt/comforter. It's a good thing...

Yes, be proud that the ones who support the meaning behind the flag so arduously are willing to die and fight for it. Look at it, remember the meaning that it has for the troops fighting overseas (BK, McD, Olive Garden, President Bush) and treat it with the utmost respect.

How about just as a symbol for a country?
Pesonally if someone wants to burn a flag that is up to them ... getting bent out of shape about it just plays into their hands.
Symbols are just that, no more no less.

DON'T BURN IT TO KEEP WARM!! Give it to someone who will respect it and appreciate it. What's wrong with everyone today??? The flag is a STRONG symbol of the CHOICES we get to make it's a STRONG SYMBOL OF OUT TROOPS HEROISM!!!! WHY BURN IT? I use it to protect the cockpit of my F-18 against the sun. It's done by many pilots.

You could put it on a pole, and take the bottom of the pole and stick it in your A**. Or I can do that for you when I see you burn it.
