Everything that I make with yeast turns out bad. I think its the kneading that gets me. If it is possible can I have the recipe(s)?

If not, can I have some recipes with yeast. I mean, hey, I guess its worth a shot. They ARE cinnamon rolls after all!

Glazed Cinnamon Rolls
Who doesn’t love waking up to a fresh-from-the-oven cinnamon roll? Surprise your family with a batch of these easy-to-make breakfast treats.

2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 1/2 cups Original Bisquick® mix
2/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
1/4 cup raisins
Glaze (See Below)


1 . Heat oven to 375ºF. Grease bottom and sides of rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches. Stir together 2 tablespoons sugar and the cinnamon; reserve.
2 . Stir Bisquick, milk and 2 tablespoons sugar until dough forms. If dough is too sticky, gradually mix in enough Bisquick (up to 1/4 cup) to make dough easy to handle. Turn dough onto surface well dusted with Bisquick; gently roll in Bisquick to coat. Shape into ball; knead 10 times. Roll into rectangle, 15x9 inches; spread with butter. Sprinkle evenly with sugar mixture; sprinkle evenly with raisins. Roll up tightly, beginning at 15-inch side. Seal well by pinching edge of dough into roll. Cut into 1 1/4-inch slices; place cut sides down in pan.
3 . Bake 23 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan. Spread Glaze over warm rolls.

Glaze



1 1/3 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk

1 . Stir together powdered sugar and milk until smooth.

Boy I am with you -- I will avoid yeast recipes!! I have given up with them and use the BIG Cinnamon rolls (Pillsbury) that come in the refrigerator section of the grocery store (I have tried the regular sized ones, but they taste different to me). They have lots of Cinnamon and frosting -- my family loves them, especially right out of the oven, hot & gooey.

For really easy and quick cinnamon rolls I use canned biscuits....usually the flaky ones, but that's just my preference...the butter flavor ones work well too...and I roll each one in my hands into a "rope". Dip that in melted butter then roll in cinnamon/sugar mix (sometimes I add nutmeg, it tastes great too!) then roll it into a cinnamon bun, place in round pan, close together and bake just like you would the biscuits. Then you can frost them if you like with a powdered sugar/melted butter/milk icing. They're yummy!!

They can be made with bisquick or any biscuit recipe.
You can also use cressent roll dough, frozen bread dough or pre made cinnamon rolls in the dairy case of the grocery store.

you can use the frozen bread dough found in stores. it works good.
