i can im 11 and im originally english but i can speak fluent french ive been studing 4 a yr amazing isnt it! oh and par lay voo fransay means do u sepak french in english if u go to france soon i think ull need this par lay voo engles wich means do u speak english in english. I learn at school both English and french :) I don't speak fluent french but i know to write and so on. Try "Je m'appelle ..." that means my name is...or "je suis.." and you say what nationality u are (4 example "Je suis englais" if you are American) :D I hope i helped you ;)
