I am jealous by nature. How can I change this?

Question

I am a taurus and taurus by nature are just jealous people. I even get jealous with people that I shouldn't get jealous with. Like if I see a female co-worker talkin with some other guy, who I've never seen, I get a twinge of jealousy which is stupid.

I get jealous when my GF tells me about her guy friends and whats going on with them. I get jealous when I hear about other guys trying to make moves on my GF.

I have been working on changing this because I got jealous once with my GF about having text messages with other guys and she set me straight with stuff so I have been getting better about it and tryin to understand that she has guys friends and I should try to accept that. I understand we both need to have friends of the opposite sex and what not. I just don't have a lot of friends that are girls. I do work in a field that is dominated by women though so I guess it evens out. I work closely with women mainly all day, every day. And we are all friendly towards each other.

Honestly, work on your own self esteem and build up your confidence in yourself. If you are more confident and feel better about yourself perhaps you won't feel threatened by other people. If your jealousy comes from something that happened in your past (i.e. betrayal from a g/f) bury the hatchet. Hope this helped. BTW I used to be a very jealous person but I feel better about myself then I did then. It actually does seem to help.

Honestly I believe in astrology myself and i also know many Taurus .They are jealous people,I've found a way to help me remember that that person that you are jealous at is not better than you and will never be.

Jealous by nature my asss. I know plenty of Taurus's. You have a more serious problem than jealously. Astrological signs and the theorys behind them are hogwash. I dont know what your problem is but maybe a shrink does.. Seek Treatment.
