Is there any way in wich i could get citizenship or a greencard so that i may stay?

in order to enlist in any branch of the US military, you must already be a permanent legal resident, IE Green Card Holder. The military cannot assist you in obtaining a Green card. If you have no one already in the US willing to sponsor you, you will have to try and get over here on your own. Once you have established permanent residency, you may enlist, but you may not be an officer nor hold any jobs requiring a Clearance. The good news is that the Residency requirements for ciotizenship are waived or greatly reduced once you have enlisted.
