First off dont ever keep anger bottled up,write down why angry ,then talk to someone and if the person you are angry isnt the one you talk to by all means leave out names if possible and be sure its a trusted indivual.if you can talk to person your angry with and leave out I,me,you,dont place any blame until youve talked and never be afraid to accept an apology or give one--sometimes our anger manifestes its self to be worse or more than what it is art certain times,especially if ones alone-good luck

Say to yourself that it's more fun not to get angry. Try to take out that anger out of your mind, body and soul... When the anger is taken out of you, smile and celebrate that you have actually won the battle against an evil called Anger. I have done it successfully countless times.

Analyze the reason for your anger to see if it is justified. Anger is an emotion that isn't always logical. Don't go crazy or ballistic on anyone, yet. Calm down and talk to someone sensible for a few minutes and if that doesn't help then............have a drink.

let your anger out by:
1) punching a pillow
2) go to a gym and punch the punching bag
3) scream into the pillow till you cant scream no more
4) go take a run---run off the anger around the neighborhood.
5) take long breaths slowing in and ------------then out
take long, slow breaths, breathing .
what has made you soooooo very, very angry anyway?
myself, I would run, run, run around the neighborhood.

Count to ten and then take deep breath in and out real low.If that don't help take you a bath with some type of music.
