do i need the remove the hole door or can i just take of the speaker grill.

Take one stick of TNT, light it, then toss into vehicle and close door, then run like hell!!!

You need to take off the whole door. At least, that's what is necessary for a 2002. There should be a couple screws in the door armrest. Also, there are a few screws behind a pop out cover at the door handle. There should be a plastic piece at the rear of the vent window which you can pop off with a flat-tip screwdriver, and then a screw I think is underneath that. Then, you need to pop off the door panel. I would suggest getting a manual for this for $5 at www.crutchfield.com which tells you exactly where the screws are and how to take off the door panel.
Also, if you're looking for speakers/head unit/ anything else they have it there.
