I had a slight back problem went to see the chiropractor. He told me it was a classic case of bad posture, and carrying a cheap backpack for too long. He told me to stop skipping (used to do that once a day) but i could run on the treadmill. I have been having treatment for a few months now and my back is now ALOT better and i want to go backt o skipping now that my back is better.
Should i? Can i?

Skip for a day and see..if ur back still hurts then u have to give up skipping..or else you can continue..dont start skipping for a long time when u start....start off with light skipping then increase the time day by day....

Ask a regular doctor about your back and skipping. Also ask the doctor to look at your knees maybe more of a problem in the future than your back. Good luck.

I dunno about the back but I had a go at it and have completely done my knee in. Have a go at a bit of Yoga for the back. That will help it.
