Use a stick free pan, so you can cook without oil, and white turkey meat, and tuna from a can, and fresh are almost fat free. Good luck. first ,control ur diet,do not want to eat anything u have never tasted even though it is very delicious. second , exercises,walking is ok and relaxing,hehe .I am also having my summer vocation for two months,and today i have just ended our final exams ,free.
