1.well, you could give him a letter telling him its over
2.flat out say it(which could be mean).
3.tell him to meet you at a private place and tell him.
Truthfully I would go with either 1 or 3

Invite him out to a place where he won't be able to freak out when you call it quits. Don't beat around the bush, tell him the truth but don't go overboard. Spare him the details that will surely bruise his ego. Tell him it's not working out and time for both of you to move on.

Thats messed up.....You were cheating on your boyfriend with some guy and now that guy is your future husband??? wtf, personally I think your freakin wacked out of your mind.
